  • Must be 18 years of age and interested in a career as an HVAC Technician or Plumbing Technician
  • Valid TX driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass background and drug screen test.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and customer service capabilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and go the extra mile
  • Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work in cramped or high places such as attics, ladders, and tunnels.
  • Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
  • BillyGO provides emergency HVAC service and may operate on weekends and evenings on rotation.
  • As an entry level apprentice, you will go through on-the-job paid training to develop the skills required to excel in the industry.
  • Serve your neighbors and community with a positive attitude every day.
  • Attend team meetings and training to continually improve skills and technical abilities.
  • Help keep company vehicles clean, well maintained, and stocked with required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency.
  • Work in the warehouse to learn parts, equipment, stock shelves, and understand processes.
  • Help take care of the customer by keeping them informed of the work you are doing, when it will be done, and how it will be accomplished.
  • Use safe work practices, follow safety procedures, and abide by manufacturer guidelines for all equipment, tools and supplies.
  • Learn how to calibrate, replace or repair controls, switches, thermostats, gauges, pumps, condensers or any other component of an HVAC system.
  • Learn how to repair or install ductwork.
  • Learn how to repair, install, replace or clean refrigerant lines, vents, fans, etc. when appropriate.
  • Comply with all local, state and federal building codes.
