We have exciting career opportunities for experienced Dispatchers / Customer Service Representatives who live in or around the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Previous Dispatcher and office experience is preferred. Experience working with HVAC technicians and plumbers is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Manage and answer multiple phone lines
Regularly interact with customers
Schedule service to customers using dispatching software
Data entry
