- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and guidelines.
- Install HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform readings and measurements on HVAC equipment with a full understanding of what the readings mean.
- Wire both high and low voltage to HVAC equipment.
- Install copper refrigerant lines to AC units, including performing brazing and soldering.
- Install duct systems.
- Connect gas lines to heating equipment.
- Provide support for other team members when necessary.
- Maintain a safe and neat workspace.
- Maintain responsibility for all tools and equipment.
- Maintain responsibility for inventory, restocking whenever necessary.
- Effectively present ideas to customers and team members.
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out correctly.
