As a Plumbing Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience with BillyGO. Your daily tasks will include:
The Job: Read and interpret blueprints and plan plumbing installation layouts accordingly. Install supports, plumbing fixtures, pipes, gas lines, and appliances. Perform welding, cutting, and assembly of pipes, fittings, and fixtures. Perform complete inspections and tests of plumbing systems for safety, performance, and code compliance.
Provide support for other team members when necessary.
Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities for solutions, and additional services for homeowners.
Communicate Effectively: Educate the customer on the work that was completed and answer questions.
Serve Gladly: Take care of the customer by keeping them informed of the work you are doing, when it will be done, and how it will be accomplished.
Work Dependably: Keep your company vehicle clean, well maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency.
Develop Your Skills: Attend team meetings and training to continually improve skills and technical abilities.
1+ years of residential plumbing and drains installation or similar experience.
Valid TEXAS driver’s license and clean driving record.
Driven to success, a team player, and a strong work ethic with customer service capabilities.
Ability to perform all plumbing installation services.
Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
