Use of the Website and Mobile App

2.1. The billyGO Website and Mobile App

Our online Website and Mobile App allows users to learn more about billyGO and its services, view and download certain content, and provide their contact information and other demographic information. This information, which is stored and managed on billyGO’s or its service providers’ servers, is then used so that the visitors can be contacted about their interest in the billyGO’s services and interact with the company.  Information that we collect and manage using the Website and the Mobile App belongs to us and is used, disclosed and protected according to this Privacy Policy.

3.1. When You Visit our Website

You are free to explore the Website without providing any Personal Information about yourself. When you visit the Website or register for the billyGO service via the Mobile App, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself, and we collect Navigational Information.

3.2. When You Use our Mobile App

We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile App on your mobile device. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. In addition to information we collect on our Website, when you use the billyGO Mobile App, we may also collect your city location, device model and version, device identifier (or “UDID”), and OS version.

We send push notifications from time to time in order to update you about events or promotions. If you no longer wish to receive such communications, you may turn them off at the device level.

We may link information we store within the analytics software to Personal Information you submit within the Mobile App. We do this to improve services we offer you and improve our marketing, analytics and site functionality.

3.3. “Personal Information”

This refers to any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions, both free and paid, that you enter into on the Website or Mobile App, and information about you that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.

3.4. “Navigational Information”

We collect and process payment information from you when you use the billyGO Mobile App, including credit cards numbers and billing information, using third party PCI-compliant service providers. billyGO does not store your payment information.

billyGO and its service providers use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

This information is used by billyGO or its service providers for the operation of the Website or Mobile App, to maintain quality of the billyGO Website and services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the billyGO Website and Mobile App. For these purposes, we do link this automatically-collected data to Personal Information such as name, email address, address, and phone number.

Opting Out and Unsubscribing

If you create a billyGO account using the Website or the Mobile App, the Website and Mobile App will provide a registered account user the ability to review and correct their respective personal information stored in the billyGO system and to set user preferences regarding receiving marketing communications from billyGO, its affiliates, and trusted partners.
