Then you don't pay for the cleaning. That's the guarantee. If we can't restore proper flow during the visit, there's no charge for the drain cleaning, and we'll tell you exactly what we found and what it would take to fix it.
If the same line re-clogs within 30 days, we come back at no charge. That applies when we found no underlying issue that needed repair. If we did identify a problem, quoted the repair, and it wasn't done, that line isn't covered — and your technician will tell you that on site and write it on your action plan, not spring it on you later.
