Billy Go was very responsive and sent a technician within 2 hours of my call on a Friday afternoon. Our technician Robert did an excellent job assessing the issue efficiently and was able to quickly get our AC back up and running.

Technician was very professional and installed our new water heater in as timely a manner as possible since he ran into some issues removing the old one and hooking up the new.

Booking with BillyGo is so easy and consistent. I appreciate the confirmations, notices when my tech is headed my way and the follow through, not trying to sell us unneeded services.
