 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This review is for technician Cabot. He came to my house to give an estimate to locate the main water line to the house so I would know where not to plant a tree. Unfortunately, he was unable to do it based on the fact that the builders used PEX and did not run a tracer wire with the pipe. However, Cabot stuck around and gave me a "best guess" on the path the pipe took based on the location of the meter and the house inlet. He suggested places where the tree would be ok and where I should probably not plant it. Even though he could not tell me where the pipe was and I will still need to be careful, I do appreciate his time.

One thing he did mention was that if he had been able to do this, it would have typically been around $900. I do not claim to be an expert or know what is involved, but $900 to locate 15 feet of pipe would have been way out of my budget. For that price, I would have just dug the hole carefully and much bigger than needed to make sure I did not come across the pipe.

Gio walked me through everything at the end and made sure to answer all my questions. Cleanup was great and left the property looking like it was before they arrived.
