Blake noted that the error code pointed to the compressor box outside the house. When he removed the cover he found an electrical line to a sensor had been well-chewed and severed by a rodent or reptile. He had the right sensor with a new connecting cord on his truck and repaired the damage in a few minutes, including rebooting the system and WIFI thermostat.
